Summer Activities

Well, we made it to the summer holiday! What an unusual year it's been. It has been sad to say goodbye to the Y6 children but we are looking forward to welcoming everybody else back to school in September. In the meantime, here are some activities that you might like to try over the summer break.

Have a great holiday!!

Summer Reading Challenge

Some of you may have participated in the library reading challenge before. With the closure of public libraries during lock down, the challenge this year is a digital activity. Details of how you can join in are attached.

Create a Scrap Book

There is one thing that all good scrapbook pages do: they tell a story. Creating a scrapbook is storytelling at a personal level. Every page is a celebration of a moment or moments captured that are especially unique to a person or family. We have provided some ideas about the sorts of things that you might want to collect and how you might organise them.

If you choose to create a scrapbook, we would love to share it at school in September.
